Lonnie & Jennifer Orns - Realtors

Lonnie and Jennifer are the owners of Orns & Associates and a married real estate duo. Together, they serve as our lead agents while managing the rest of our talented team. They also parent seven wonderful children ages 10 to 24 years old. Before embarking on his real estate career, Lonnie spent 25 years as the owner of one of the largest Midas franchises in the country. During that time he managed the daily operations including the real estate holdings of 83 Midas stores in the Bay Area. Lonnie was born and raised in Treasure Island and most of his family still resides there. That makes him a TRUE native and Jennifer originally hails from a northwest suburb of Chicago where all of her family, including her twin sister, still live. But, the sun and fun of Pinellas County beckoned and she is now a committed cheerleader of our great community. Prior to Orns & Associates, she spent ten years working for a mortgage lender and often uses her experience learned there to help with the finance aspects of real estate. She is highly energetic and needs to be since she not only helps run our business, but is also a Mom to four daughters and one son. very knowledgeable about local neighborhoods. Tara Kipp - Realtor

Tara Kipp is a Native New Yorker who grew up on Long Island NY. Tara attended Franklin Pierce College, (now University) in Rindge, New Hampshire. For more than 20 years Tara has been involved in the Real Estate industry in one way or another. Tara has renovated homes throughout Pinellas County from the sandy beaches on the barrier Islands to the 1920’s two story charmers in The Old NE and DTSP. Tara is an investor, landlord, and lover of all things Real Estate. Becoming a Realtor was a natural progression of years of experience working with buyers and sellers and a love of helping people. Tara’s years of experience in working with buyers and sellers in the private market allows her a rich appreciation and respect for the stressful process of buying and selling homes. Tara’s depth of knowledge and superior commitment to helping her sellers and buyers shines in her ability to make the process as stress free and smooth as possible for each client. Angela Sutton - Realtor

A licensed Florida Realtor and an accomplished sales and marketing professional, Angela's passion for real estate and work ethic has enabled her to consistently get her clients the results they want. Be it marketing, sales, negotiating, or, community board involvement and outreach, she consistently strives to further diversify her client base and proactively form deep and meaningful business relationships. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her partner Christina and their two pups Nina and Nixie. A former Navy Search & Rescue Swimmer and Division I Basketball player at FSU, Angela enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle and believes this is a foundational principle to her success. Angela also enjoys serving her community through outreach events benefiting families involved with the local foster care agencies, as well as fills the role of Secretary for her local FSU Alumni Association Board. As a Realtor, she applies her vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, love of the real estate business, and desire to truly help people reach their goals of finding their dream home in their dream neighborhood.
